- The groupings are supposed to follow a flat 1-level hierarchy. For example, if you have Male & Female, Hc & Cx, and young & adult, this should be organized into 8 distinct folders zipped together in a single upload. Please note the example below for your clarification.

A commercial neural progenitor cell line (ReNCells VM) was differentiated into a mainly Glutamatergic population. The wild type (WT) group was compared to MECP2 knockout (KO) group. Additionally, the groups were transfected to overexpress the T-UCRs uc 478 and uc479, the control group was named empty and receive the empty vector of pLVX_shRNA2.
